Here’s an example: I had an issue delegating tasks. I would think it took too much time to teach someone so I did it myself. I realized I couldn’t do everything alone. So each time I received a new task I would make sure to see if there was someone more suitable on my team to do it. I’ve noticed that’s made me a much better manager.
