As the Founder and Managing Partner at Options Consulting Solutions, Antoinette successfully oversees all business operations including training the recruitment experts on the team, while specializing in staffing across all industries locally and globally. With over 30 years of recruitment experience, Antoinette has developed keen insight into navigating the labour market and attracting and retaining top talent. Antoinette’s distinguishing attribute is her genuine desire and commitment to support each individual that she partners with, taking time to truly understand their values, goals and needs in order to provide the best possible service and guidance to them.
