What you will be doing in this role

This role will support three labour relations individuals and you will be responsible for:

  • Work with a fantastic team
  • Schedule and calendar management and travel arranging
  • Booking and organizing meetings
  • Following up on medical reports
  • Responding to inquiries via phone and email
  • Distributing incoming information
  • Maintain and ensure all documents and templates are organized
  • Management of database and ensuring information is entered accurately
  • Support department team and special projects
  • Other duties as required

What you should ideally bring to this role!

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative support experience.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience within a union environment and WSIB experience is an asset
  • Ability to work with urgency while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
