Registration with OCS includes a scheduled interview to discuss your resume and previous experience, your expectations of clients and consultants, career aspirations, salary expectations, job search activity and the creation of a personalized wish list to help us better understand your goal(s).
If you have been recruited by or referred to an OCS Consultant with an expressed interest in making a career change and your experience and credentials are exclusively linked to a specific position or search, you can expect immediate representation to the appropriate client. Should you not be selected or if OCS does not currently have an applicable position, your resume will be filed for a period of 6 months for future considerations.
OCS believes in open communication between consultants and candidates. Once you meet with your consultant to discuss your career goals, your consultant will contact you with applicable roles as they become available. In addition, you are also responsible for communicating with your consultant to check in and update them on the status of your search.
